VPN Routers

  • We offer a 1 year warranty on VPN routers, after which time if a replacement is needed the customer pays the hardware and postage costs.
  • Unless instructed by one of our technicians, the reset button must never be pressed on the VPN router. We have labels attached to the router and included in the instructions stating this must not be pressed. If the reset button is pressed and we need to provide help via telephone we will charge a one off £20 admin fee to cover the time spent re-configuring the router. We provide free support via email.
  • The package is a month by month subscription and can be cancelled at any time. We need email confirmation from the customer requesting the future payments to be cancelled. The subscription will be cancelled when the next payment is due.
  • We will not back date any refunds if no email cancellation request is received.
  • If you are outside the EU you may need to pay a customs fee before your item can be delivered


Sky Go

  • Accounts are based on a month by month service and can be cancelled at any time. We require email confirmation from the customer instructing us to not take any further payments. The subscription will end when the next payment was due to come out.
  • We take no responsibility for a customer choosing the wrong package on our website. It is clearly stated which account a customer would like to sign up to. If a change is required, we will charge a £10 admin fee to make this change.
  • We provide different levels of support with your product. We can provide email support free of charge. We can also remotely log on to the computer to fix an issue or install the software; we charge a £10 admin fee for this service.
  • If the product does not work and no device is registered on the Sky Go website, we can cancel and refund your service. If you have registered your device on the Sky Go website we will not refund the service.
  • The customer gets 2 devices to register on Sky Go. You can only make one change per month. If you would like to make more than one change per month, you will need to wait 30 days before making any further changes. We can not reset this and if a replacement is needed, we charge a £20 one off admin fee for this service.
  • If the service is being used on an iPad or iPhone, you will need a UK Apple ID to download the Sky Go application if it is not already installed. We can provide instructions free of charge to do this yourself or we can provide an active UK Apple ID for a £10 admin fee.
  • Under no circumstances can this service be used to be watched on a TV. Sky have encrypted the streams to protect their product and it is not possible to watch on a TV.
  • If using on an Android device, you may need to turn your location services OFF and put the device into Flight Mode as this is the only way for Sky Go to work on an Android device.


IPTV Freeview System

  • Our packages are on a month by month basis. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, but we will require email confirmation from the customer asking to cancel. The service will end as of the next payment date.
  • We offer a 1 year warranty on the IPTV system, after which time if a replacement is needed the customer pays the hardware and postage costs.
  • We will not backdate any refunds if no email cancellation request is received.
  • Whilst we endeavour to provide all channels included on the system, sometimes these channels may face issues and the customer will need to email us regarding any issues they may be facing.
  • If you are outside the EU you may need to pay a customs fee before your item can be delivered
